Nice hotel while waiting for the ferry

Great breakfast, clean room, confy bed, very quite area, secure carpark inside premises.

General nice Hotel - Rooms ok, nice pool

Pool closing at 19:00 hours - if that would be due to noise it is interesting as there was often loud music after 19:00 in that area. Breakfast. The Breakfast can improve. This "mix from concentrate" juices are just awful - and the presentation of the food was not "made with love". Also part of the staff was not really approachable/customer focused in breakfast area. Some variation from day to day would be also good.

A bit remote, but no problem if you have aa car. The wellness area you have to pay extra, even the whirlpool or sauna.

I expected more of it.

Nice hotel, nice rooms and a good pool. Very good buffet and nice staff at the buffet/restaurant.

When I arrived at the airport they told me there was no airport shuttle (booking said there was). My room wasnt ready at check-in time, only 1,5h later. Staff acted like this was normal, without any headsup or reason why. I wanted to charge my electrical scooter (my only means of transportation in Puglia) that I rented from the place they recommended but the staff told me there were no power outlets outside and that I couldnt use the scooter. I eventually found one myself and charged it there were a lot of ants in my room, see picture below. Long story short: it didnt feel like 4 stars treatment, the unwillingness to help solve problems was not what I expected from any hotel I want to clarify that a lot of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the exceptions had never heard of hospitality or going the extra mile for your customers.

Exceptional

Everything. The location is excellent for exploring the surroundings and also close to the sea. The hotel and rooms are nice and very clean, the pool is also big and clean. The staff is very helpful, kind and professional and the food is excellent.

Nothing. Maybe the pool could be open longer.

The location was great.

The hotel staff customer service skills. The hotel staff have zero customer service. They do not know how to handle issues. Their answer to everything is "we need to get approval from hotel management". Hotel management is never around. Unbelievable that in today's world a hotel guest has to solve their own issue because the hotel staff are useless.

Very good

A comfortable place to stop off in puglia

The pool area and bar were nice, the food in the evening was delicious. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety. The location, close to Conversano and within 20 mins of Polignano was also good.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was next to the hotels noisy aircon units. We asked to move but that wasnt possible.
