    Hotel on a busy road, but quiet nevertheless if you ask for a room at the back.
    The room was difficult to cool. A little too hot to sleep.

    The location is great, frequent buses (every 15 minutes) to Kitzski lift and hourly buses to Brixen im Thale, where you can get a lift to SkiWelt area (a short cab ride as well). The hotel is clean, comfortable, staff is amazing, especially the bald guy in the restaurant area (he told us to mention him like this:). We booked a 14 people dinner at the hotel, it was tasty, not expensive and super fun.
    The hotel is located on a noisy street, you hear people getting back home after apres ski drinks around 1am

    Fabulous, perfect place to stay in this beautifully renovated 500 year old hotel
    great location across from the ski bus stop (also quick and easy bus ride to Kitzbuhel) and central to town. easily flat walk from train station. Beautiful cosy hotel, good breakfast, delicious evening meals, lovely owners Julia and Andy (the head chef) and his parents Anne and Christoph who owned and ran it before them and still help out with breakfast and at other times.

    Spacious and comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast
    We had a great stay, the only minor improvement for the hotel would to be start breakfast a touch earlier. Starting at 8 meant that we had to rush to make the first ski lifts.

    As your fellow Austrian would say, I Will Be Back.
    Location central to everything. Cracking bars and restaurants just outside the door.Breakfast was lovely. Room was very comfortable and tidy.
    Didnt see much staff about, only in the mornings. Information could also be written in English in the information packs in the room.
