Very good

The location of the hotel is minutes walk to all major attractions, not to mention there is a supermarket across the street. The room size is good enough for two people, especially the bathroom.

the room was located on the second floor facing the street. It was quite noisy in the very early morning when there were loading truck or garbage truck outside.

Centric cozy hotel

Hotel location is great, close everything. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and lots of restaurants right across the street. The room was good and comfortable - Breakfast was also good. There is a luggage storage room in case you arrive before checking time.

Disappointing

Ghent lovely, hotel very very disappointing

Location good for walk into main historic area

Customer service overall. Our request for quiet room ignored despite their confirmation. Room 109 to be avoided. Very noisy due to delivery van each day at 5.45am. One staff member knew that and people had complained before. Room was above a bar. It was supposed to be an upgrade that we didn't request. Why have a lovely looking suite above the bar with such noise from road. Room change on day 3 possible..but also not good. Loft room very hot and toilet ran all the time. Breakfast chaotic on 2 days always running out of food and queues and constantly needing to ask for things to be replenished. No real management. Day 3 breakfast good due to a different member of staff who seemed to clearly care for her guests...it just highlighted to us the difference that made. Not what we expected from this level of hotel ...we cannot recommend staying here.
