Very good

Very close to mall for breakfast and supermarket. Close to tram stop into Heidelberg central (5 minute walk). Very good instructions on how to get there from the central station in Heidelberg. The front of house lady is very nice and friendly.

Wifi was terrible. There is a trucking depot opposite which is VERY noisy from about 5.30am onwards on week days.

The room was clean and quite cosy. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of hotel is in my opinion not very good as it is far from the city center.

A good budget hotel in a peaceful neighbourhood

The peaceful location, wonderfully clean room and awesome beds.

No WiFi signal in my room, probably owing to some recent repair work, as per the care-taker Kept hearing some weird windy noise in the room and a weird clicking sound occasionally at night, heating was quite intermittent Instead of the hotel's name, I got billed in the name of "Dina Dentamed Waren - Heidelberg" on my card, which was quite puzzling for me and had to make sure with my bank this wasn't some spam / hacker.

Enjoyed

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location was close to grocery store and bus stop. Room was clean and comfortable, ice box and coffee. Communication was good.
