    Just the Location
    The service in general was really really bad , the service at the reception , the receptionist was rude and makes us feel uncomfortable and the breakfast was poor, no one try to see how we were feeling in the hotel. Doesnt even look like a hotel, was more like a hostal. But the customer service was the worst thing in general. The bed was uncomfortable. I would never ever consider going back

    Excellent stay where a family can have a restful and exciting holiday.
    We had an excellent breakfast. The room was very clean room and fun for kids. The hotel is very close to central train station and bus stops. Hotel staff were friendly and impressive.

    Very comfortable stay !
    Very helpful reception,kitchen and maintenance staff. When ever we needed something they were there with a smile. The rooms were very clean for the size of the accommodation H Highly recommended!
    No lift to go to the first floor but the lady at the reception was very kind to take our heavy suitcase to our room
