    Our Italian holiday
    The breakfast was fabulous, had so many vegan and Gf options. Anna Maria did all the cooking, she was very sweet, she made our day. The view from our room was beautiful. The rooms were very clean
    No restaurant there and couldnt get take out from the places around the hotel.

    Sadly, there was nothing we could say that was good. The first gentleman who checked us in was courteous. That is literally the only nice thing I can say.
    There was no elevator and no one to help us take our bags down or back up the 2 floors of stairs with elderly mom. The front desk never ordered our taxi for the next morning and the staff the next morning didn't speak English and wouldn't help us and also told us we had to move our car before we left for our trip to Capri so we almost didn't make it to our tour. But the worst part was the room. The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The exposed pipes and bathroom condition were less than ideal.

    Weekend getaway to visit Italian coast and Naples.
    The location, the laid back ambience. I felt like I was in a game of thrones location. Wonderful breakfast and staff was so nice!
    Our stay was too short !! Which was mea culpa!

    Fantastic base to explore Sorrento
    The hotel is friendly and welcoming, all the staff are happy to help with any issues or problems. The hotel has a private beach which was lovely to visit, and the use of a lift was an added bonus.The view from the room was beautiful.
    The shower, although clean, is outdated and would of been been nice to have a more adjustable head, this was only minor and did not effect our stay.

    The staff was great -- super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel itself is charming.
    Our shower leaked water onto the floor, and we had to sop up the water a couple times during our stay. The bathroom has no sink top to speak of, so there's nowhere to put toiletries while getting ready. I would suggest shelving or a stand of some sort be placed near the sink to remedy this problem.

    Great location and lovely staff
    Lovely staff who were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location to walk into Sorrento as well as go to Bagni Regina Giovanna. Loved having the private beach on our doorstep for a morning swim after the very yummy breakfast.
