    Beautiful, quaint, great service, French CHARM!!
    The stay was exceptional! The staff were waiting for us upon our arrival and prepared to bring our bags to our room. The amount of French charm in this hotel was HUGE!! Just so beautiful - there was a stunning courtyard, great stairways, stunning details, a little library, and more. Very very quaint - I would HIGHLY recommend.
    There was nothing not to like!

    I very much liked the combination of classic and modern in the hotel's decor and I absolutely loved the reading lamps above the bed..
    The minibar wasn't restocked automatically and I missed the evening turnover of the room that most 5 star hotels offer their guests...

    Tv didnt work / no signal/, cold water tap of bide didnt work. Bananas on display tray for a breakfast 11.011.2023 were black/ rotten/. Room number 216

    Nice location, very good staff, good breakfasts, nice courtyard. Large and nice bathroom except would be better with a shower curtain.
    Room was tight, needed new carpeting and chairs were uncomfortable and needed to be restuffed. Overall, seemed a little tired.

    Horrible stay in an overpriced property in Avignon.
    Location and staff were good. This property doesnt meet any 5 star standards. It us at best a 3 star. They are overpriced and provide nothing other than location. I will never ever stay here and will spread the word to my friends that they be er stay here. The WiFi was horrible. We were in a suite and it was dingy. The sofa bed was so bad that next morning I had back ache. Absolute waste of money staying here. The staff at the property are nice!

    Hotel DEurope was an elegant hotel in the perfect location. We loved the beautiful room and attention by all the staff. They were attentive and assisted us with everything we required.
