Superb

We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Eco Tatry Holiday&Spa. The room was very clean and cozy and the view from the balcony was amazing. Also breakfast was very good and diverse. Staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend trails, explain how to get there and in general help with any question.

It might be good to add more meals to the menu for dinners.

It s good location.

We had a duplex. It was written 40 m2 but it was not the case maybe just on the floor. Under the roof we had to bend to acces to the beds and to access to the sofa. The food of the restaurant was very good but it was stange that we couldnt eat anymore after 7pm.

It was the worst experience ever. Very old facilities, all rooms can hear each other!! spa is not working Dirty rooms with a lot of insects/bugs Wi-fi is not working, The breakfast area has a disgusting smell very bad/rude attitude from reception staff you feel that they heat themselves with unprofessional way in dealing They will try to add any charges to you. Pictures don't reflect the truth

beautiful location, and facilities. Comfortable and clean.

Check out is unnecessarily early at 10 am (they have this policy from covid times, justifying the disinfection process, not relevant anymore) so you need to get up early at your holydays and leave the room to be in the tiny lobby while you organize yourself. They don't allow you to pay half day to extend. Check in is also late, at 3pm. Not ideal
