Superb

It was a great pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They put a lot of attention to the details to make your stay super comfy. Breakfast is well above expectations and prepared with care.

Comfortable hotel

Early checked-in Staff welcoming Clean room Stainless steel kettle Coffee shops, restaurants, public transports are walking distance Left luggage facility

Stayed in Room 22 which was not as per photos advertised. We did not like the dark room and it did not have enough light. No English channels except BBC news and no subtitles channels.

Very good

Clean hotel and lovely staff. Great part of the city. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and very accommodating about leaving bags after check out until our flight.

Personal preference - pillows were big squares and very soft/ feathery. Prefer a smaller firmer pillow. Room could do with some coat pegs - big coats, hats, scarves in the winter dont fit in the wardrobe with other clothing
