Beautiful boutique hotel in Hanoi

Loved that the property was very close to do alot of activities and was pretty central. Loved the staff, we were very well cared for. They are lovely people and take great pride in their work. So very helpful all the time.

Exceptional

We spent 5 days in Hanoi, we were welcomed in the hotel early and the staff offered early check in and also an upgrade to our room! There was then much more extra care by the reception (Sophie in particular), offering recommendations, and giving tips on how to enjoy the city! Really good room, breakfast with a mix of Vietnamese and international options central location. We were really happy for the stay!

A perfect holiday stay and will be back. Recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Old French Quart

It was a perfect stay. Ms. Kim was an exceptional hostess. Room was quiet and a great retreat from the hustle and Bussel of the old French Quarter. Breakfast was perfect and the few dinners I had were done to perfection.

Superb

It was a great stay. Central location in the old quarter. Clean room and comfortable bed. All the staff were super friendly and kind. Especially Sophie who provided us with a lot of information, tips, and a genuine smile:)
