The shower drain seemed like it was direct access to the sewer pipe (no U-bend in the pipework maybe) so the small at times was appalling

A very enjoyable stay in a cycling Mecca

Great bike storage with a number of useful tools and locks available, lots of room for many bikes, breakfast selection of food was nice, superb location.

The room was tiny, but enough for what I needed. The shower was so small I constantly hit the water tap with my bum which made it hotter/colder/turn off!

Exceptional

Unforgettable cycling vacation in a great location. But beware noise from neighbours or street.

We stayed for a week to enjoying cycling in the hills. We picked the hotel because it is close to epic bike rides and the bike rental shop was within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel had everything we needed for an unforgettable cycling vacation. Bike storage and tools. Friendly staff (some could speak English). Small elevator. Clean, modern bedroom. The best thing was the clean rooms and included restaurant and patio with breakfast that was so comprehensive you won't go hungry. This hotel has a pizza restaurant in the evening too and there are plenty of outstanding restaurants and gelato within easy walking. The town has pristine streets and lovely promenade for relaxing post-ride. It's a popular destination for cyclists because of the nearby epic rides. And the swimming beach is within walking distance. Better beaches are within an easy drive.

The walls/floor transmit noise from the neighbouring units. Smokers on their patio deck might disturb the clean sea breeze. The street cleaner comes along early. It woke us up every day. You might like to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. There is no dedicated parking; you take your chances by parking in the street or free parking lot. There is no pool or gym. Car hire was expensive when including insurance, so you might prefer to get here by other means or stay closer to Palma airport.
