My stay was comfortable and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. It's evident that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Upon my arrival, the interaction I had with the reception staff member was unfortunately not in line with the high standards I have come to associate with the hotel.

So good that we hope to return for another stay.

Great location. Next to a park, close to all the nice bars and restaurants, and the art gallery. Quiet, fresh feel, well maintained. Room facilities were great. Nice bedroom furniture, bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers. And Ella at reception was most lovely, helpful, and friendly.

Couldnt work out how to get Netflix. I could have asked reception but I couldnt be bothered, so not such a big issue.

No lifts, complimentary upgrade was to put me in the highest level, where it leaked the night before very very noisy with a large kompressor heater to dry the carpet

good location nice staff but poor value for money - we would not go back

central location once you found it as tiny signage pointing to it off the main road

only one chair in the room, which was made of wood. No microwave facilities or complimentary milk or biscuits. no wifi offered. very difficult to find netflix - no instructions in room. only one key given to us.

A very nice place to stay will going back again.

The room was super. Great position in the city very clean internally and good car parking. Will be going back to stay.

To mean stairs to room number 10 I must be getting old. Things which you may look at including to make you better over the rest the accommodation places. 1/ Light Milk as well 2/ Sweeteners for the people have Diabetes.

Enjoyed my stay.

The architecture, the location and the room. I didnt see another person, it was very private and quite.

There was no inclusive breakfast or lounge area to have a drink. It is still being upgraded.
