This is an average property. It is an ok-ish place. It is safe and has 24-hour security and front office. The TV works well, AC are working well. The appliance are very good in condition and works fine. They provided 2 brush and toothpaste, towels, soap, and shampoo in the room.

Breakfast was poor, there is a restaurant (Anantam) attached to the hotel, they treated me as if I was eating for free. WORST. not 200rs worth food. gave me mini tiffin worth 90rs. The car parking is not as seen in the website or photo. They said there is parking but is not attached to the hotel. I parked on the street, however there was security. Not covered parking.

Passable

The hotel elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. It was challenging for my elderly parents to climb three flights of stairs. We believe that the reception staff could have demonstrated more maturity by accommodating us on the first floor, considering the circumstances with the non-functional lift in the hotel.
