    Rooms without good lights Furniture broken room 404 They changed us to other room interior worse Tvs in back room volume very high could not sleep well Had to call front desk several times tohelp me Not very cooperative Heard complaints about high volume And poor lighting in rooms from other guests In sum very bad experience not recomend PD Front desk personnel didnt destroy Documents given in while registering Gave me copy of other guest document Admitted error later?????!! Very dangerous error

    Great location in a busy city centre
    The staff were very courteous and helpful during my stay.
    No Wi-Fi or at least did not work, even though the staff tried to mend the problem.

    Due to the sewer gas smell, I cannot return or recommend the hotel b
    Room was a good size.
    A Sewer Gas Smell permeated the room for the 2 day period. I will not return to this hotel in the future.

    Lovely hotel, very central Staff attentive, making suggestions for visits and recommending / reserving tables at restaurants. Had a great time in Palermo Thanks!
    Spa and pool didnt seem to be open which was a shame
