Fantastic location and staff

The hotel is located right opposite the main gondola and walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarket. The staff, in particular the receptionists, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us book restaurants during the busy Christmas period and they were so quick to respond to any queries. Staff even prepared a birthday cake for my husband on his birthday during breakfast. It was so incredibly thoughtful. The property was clean, beds comfortable, there was a jacuzzi wellness area, and the daily breakfast had variety and was delicious. It was also incredibly quiet in our room even though the hotel is situated in the middle of the busy town. We were most impressed with this because we slept very early every night.

Central hotel, good value for money.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of options available for everyone. The room was really spacious and well equipped. Well cleaned daily.

Toiletries provided were limited. Never saw any staff other than at breakfast. Spa facilities were only open from 4:30pm which was quite late. Would have been better if they could open earlier, especially on days where skiing is limited (due to weather etc.).

Ferienglck - perfect hotel in Ischgl!

Location is perfect! Ferienglck is located in the center of the best Aprs Ski in Ischgl (I'd say in the world), and just across the street from the Silvrettabahn lift that takes you up to the center of the ski resort. The hotel itself is in great condition, very clean, big rooms, quiet rooms despite the outdoor parties, convenient lockers room, parking, excellent breakfast and a very nice wellness/spa space. And lastly, the employees are all very nice and welcoming. Great job Ferienglck!

stayed here 4 or 5 times now. Very high standards but it is quite pricey!

spotlessly clean. perfect location. SPA is great. breakfast is amazing. rooms are very high standard. staff are super helpful. ski lockers are heated and secure.

Superb

Superb hotel in exceptional location next to Silvretta Gondola lift

Breakfast was excellent and well-stocked, kept fresh. We had a 3-person room, and there was more than enough space to spread out our ski gear and personal items. Bathroom large, shower also large and modern, with double sink in bathroom. The decor of the whole common area (bar, breakfast area, hotel reception, small seating area) were exceptional and tasteful. There are a couple of apres-ski bars attached to the hotel, but hotel is also adjacent to several other good options. But, the room was sufficiently soundproofed, we heard nothing when in our rooms. Ski room in basement of building convenient.

There is 10 minute parking in front of hotel for check in, but not enough time. Parking garage a 10 minute walk. You have two ways to get your luggage into hotel. One method is go up a few stairs in front of hotel, then to elevator. Or, there is a hotel side entrance where you can bring a luggage cart up/down a ramp, but it is on a side access road that is one car wide and used by loading trucks, etc. So depending on time of day, you might not be able to park there because delivery trucks come/go. Also, if there is fresh snow, or deep snow, getting your luggage to the room might be a challenge with either method (carrying through front door of hotel, or using cart/ramp and side entrance). There appear to be differing vibes in Ischgl. This hotel is in the "ritzy" side of town, so restaurant choices were "fancier." You will need a short walk to get to the "party/youthful" side of Ischgl, and the more mainstream eating choices. The ski room is a bit small, so during morning/afternoon peaks times, you may be competing for space to get boots on/off. There are only about 8 steps to get out of ski room onto main road outside, but somewhat steep and narrow. I recommend you take your skis/poles upstairs before you put on your ski boots.
