    Greatly enjoyed our stay!!!
    Staff are very polite, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is super and kudos to the restaurant staff. The location is very comfortable going to Cinque Terre!
    Might be good to improve the room sound proofing. The people staying room above us were creating noise even late evening.

    Good location and comfortable room but no control of temperature of room.
    Good location, easy to walk to town square.
    Room was cold and after 3 complaints and no ability to warm it up the finally moved our room the second night. Breakfast hot foods were cold.

    Friendly staff and excellent location!
    Friendly staff and very well located hotel in La Spezia near the train station. This is convenient for day trips by train to visit Cinque Terre. A laundromat is located close by and from the hotel one could walk along a pedestrian street to see the town, and have dinner at one of the many restaurants, and visit the local market in the morning .

    Wifi connectivity in the guest room was not good, but works well in the lobby and public spaces.

    Very close to station for visiting Cinque Terre. Also close to town
    No real dislikes. Bed a little hard but on request they added a mattress topper which was very good of them we thought
