Magical Twix-mas Stay On The Lake

The location is exceptional - paid for a vista room with Jacuzzi and it was outstanding. Went between xmas and new year and it was magical in the town too. Staff couldn't have been lovelier, so helpful. Breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice - can request fried eggs in the morning too! Coffee also very good.

Some noise bleed between the rooms - not super well soundproofed which isn't great if you're a light sleeper. Also wifi is ok for occasional check-ins but not for working remotely.

Lovely place to visit and stay! Highly recommend

It was in the heart of the place and really close to bars and restaurants. The ferry terminal was 100m away so handy for travel. Water was provided each day in the fridge but we were not overcharged.

The rooms are a bit tired but having said that, they were clean and tidy.
