Great Hotel with wonderful staff.

Great Hotel, right on the beach. Some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket just around the corner. Nice pool area with jacuzzi baths and eggs chairs to also relax. Great selection of foods for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Perfect location across from the water and close enough to walk to the old town. Dated decor.

The location was fabulous. There was a pool and a bar. That was convenient for lounging in the afternoon. Staff were lovely. They had a breakfast room / restaurant.

The hotel was quite dated. Our room was very tight. The decor needed to be modernised. Our room was at the back of the hotel (someone has to go there I guess!) We were facing en empty lot and a building site.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The staff are fabulous. So friendly, cheerful and helpful. They are a credit to themselves and the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a map of the area and shown some useful or interesting places to visit. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless. Our room was small but had everything we needed, including a safe and a little fridge. There was air conditioning and our balcony had a lovely view of the sea. Beds were comfy too. Towels are provided and it's also possible to rent beach towels from reception, at a cost of 3 per towel. The breakfast included in our rate was good; warm options included scrambled eggs, bacon and mini frankfurter sausages. There was a wide selection of pastries, yogurts, meats and cheese, fruit and salad as well as good coffee. The hotel has a pool bar which serves cocktails, drinks and some snack/lunch options. The pool area was again clean and well maintained. It's worth noting that it is very deep at one end and the depths weren't noted at the side, so just to take care. The hotel also has a gym which was a good selection of equipment. Location wise, there are a couple of supermarket, restaurant and bar options within a 5 min walk, with the main town being approx 15-20 min walk from the hotel. We used electric scooters to get around during our stay - there are a variety of providers and you can pay as you go. I would definitely return to Hotel Florida if I were to visit Alghero again.

Lovely hotel. It had a kind of retro feel to it which we loved. Wide spacious corridors, spotlessly clean. Fabulous sea views from the pool area which was really well maintained and never too busy. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We arrived early and there is a courtesy room and shower you can use if you arrive early or depart late. We had a really relaxing and pleasant time there.

Staff is polite and professional.Good location near to the beach and 25-30 minutes by walk to get the old town. Also close to the airport. The breakfast and dinner was great.

GREAT VIEW & deck w/view of the sea.

The room was wonderful along with the bathroom. The pool area was just perfect with a view of the sea. Breakfast buffet was a nice variety of items. Also a beautiful view from the breakfast room.

There are elevators, but you still have to do stairs after the elevator.

Good for three stars. Good and quiet room, little small room and bathroom, but we managed. Theres problem with parking without reservation ahead. Good breakfast
