    Great staff, comfortable rooms, clean and spacious. Very helpful staff if any questions.
    The lobby / restaurant could have a more inviting, comfortable atmosphere.

    Rooms were nice and clean. Location was nice in the heart of Thamel near everything. The staff was exceptional - very friendly, helped with a lot of things and even arranged an impromptu bday for my sons and welcome back party for us post EBC trek. Highly recommend!

    Hotel is very comfortable and very clean . The power socket is near to bed which make us easy to charge cell phone and work easily. The room lines was clean and furniture was elegant. The hotel staff were professional and well groomed. They were always willing to assist . Hotel breakfast was delicious and quality food . I highly recommend everyone

    Not what it used to be.
    Great location near Thamel but away from the moose and bustle.
    Ive stayed at Friends Home many time over the past 6-8 years and unfortunately its not what it used to be. Rooms are getting run down and things like power points dont work properly any more. Service in the restaurant is ordinary and they no longer have a buffet breakfast. What was once a great little hotel is now ordinary at best.

    Best hotel in Kathmandu with great services and Quiet location.
    It has been an honor for us to stay in hotel friends home in Kathmandu. The location of the hotel is worth mentioning. Its conveniently located in close proximity to major attractions such as Durbar Square, Gardens of dreams , Royal Palace , shopping,Restaurants,Nightclubs, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transportation. Hotel room was spotless and linen was superb nice and very comfortable bed as well as quiet room. What Truly sets Hotel Friends Home is its exceptional staff . They were always attentive,friendly, and willing to assist with any request or inquiries. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest .
