    Perfect if you need to be in that part of Wrocaw
    Hotel Gem is a typical sports/conference type hotel. Modern, clean and with good service. Check in was quick and the reception staff friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable with good wifi. Bathroom had everything you would need with a good shower. I got to breakfast early so everything was warm and fresh. Good choice of food for all tastes.
    There was a kettle in the room with tea but not coffee. The location is very pleasant but might not suit tourists to the city although the walk from the tram stop (number 9, 15-20 minutes from the main station) was lovely along the quiet river, far from the traffic and crowds.

    Great value for money a bit further away from Wroclaw center (but not too far!)
    It's a hotel in a sports center, a bit further away from Wroclaw main attractions (however, we had tickets to a concert at Hala Stulecia and we easily walked there through very pretty parks, so not that far really). It was extremely clean, breakfast had a lot of choice and was tasty. It's right next to the river, perfect for a morning walk/jog. Overall, a great choice for very reasonable money.

    Nice hotel, with all you need in pretty good package. And so nice lady serving breakfast.
    Fantastic breakfast. Very good parking. All and all very nice hotel with lot of sport facilities
    Hotel restaurant closing at 22:00 and that girl working there should have change her job. She was pissed that group of people came to spend their money.

    OK stay in Gem Hotel
    The location is OK and parking was good, on the premises very close to the hotel. The room was OK: a bit outdated maybe but clean with a comfortable bed and clean shower and toilet
    Maybe some extra non sparkling water can be improved but the staff was friendly and helpful while we were there. A colleague left his Apple Key board and I called a few times afterwards to no avail. Also sending a mail isn't helping. That's a pity

    Ok Hotel, but needs a bit of improvement on customer service
    nice quiet area, large room
    charging for parking when the hotel is on such a remote area is a bit cheap. also, arrive go the breakfast 40-45 before closing, and almost everything we empty. difficult to get staff to fill up again :-(

    Not worth it, pay a little more and have a comfortable stay somewhere else.
    Big parking, green area
    It was extremely hot and hard to breathe, as the air was musty and not fresh. Room didn't have AC, which is acceptable. The real problem - it didn't have proper ventilation. If you open a window - a lot of bugs and mosquitos (remember, hotel is in green area, next to river) and fresh air will not really come due to ventilation problems. So even if you ask for more expensive room with air conditioning - it will not fix the problem. When we arrived, there were a bunch of mosquitos and other bugs in the room (on photo). Bedsheets had some stains. Beds are terrible - creaking and uncomfortable. You are always charged for parking for 24hours, even though it is shared with other premises and has actually hourly pricing. We were not lucky - hotel hosted big group of teens coming for some sport competition I guess. So it was loud,no benefit of "quite green area". Disadvantage of green area is present - it's far from everything, if you'd like to switch from car to public transport - bad idea. In summary: pay a little more and have a comfortable stay somewhere else

    Good value hotel when visiting Wroclaw
    Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of variety and lots of room in the dining area. The rooms were air-conditioned and had kettle to make hot drinks. Location was central to most areas that you'd like to visit. Plenty of parking on site.
    The vehicle entrance to the hotel was tricky to find as it was around the back of the hotel. Parking was extra even though there was plenty of room.
