A really relaxing and enjoyable stay with obliging staff and great food

The proximity to the old town was amazing as it was right at the entry. The hotel also had a restaurant for lunch and dinner as well as breakfast so you didnt need to search for a restaurant while you were tired and hungry. The room was well appointed, comfortable and clean, although the shower door did leak a bit.

Wonderful stay in the middle of the christmas market

The room was fabulous and heating wonderful. The hotel was located in the middle of the Innsbruck Christmas market. The hotel is wonderfully decorated as well.

The hotel was a bit pricey, but the location was well worth it. There is also no seating in the lobby of the hotel, so once you check out, there is nowhere to rest unless you go into the restaurant.

Successful couple get away

Amazing location, and the most caring staff. The room overlooked the golden roof and was insanely cosy. The food at the restaurant, whether dinner or breakfast is a must to try at least once during your stay.

We've had the best time! Nothing to dislike.

A wonderful hotel in a stunning town. A picture postcard weekend.

The location couldnt have been better. The restaurant was lovely and so too was the bar. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room could have been a little bigger but it was absolutely fine for a two day stay.

Accommodations could be updated

Location was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was small and the shag carpet on the floor made it feel dirty. The bathroom wall was made of glass with some portions frosted but the glass door to the bathroom was not balanced and it opened so there was little to no privacy while using the facilities. We had looked forward to breakfast but it was not what I would expect from a 4star hotel in Europe. A lounge area is needed.
