Good

Good stay with minor flaws

The location was very good, close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast was excellent and the toiletries and bedroom slippers were of very good quality.

The two-floor room that we had was not so practical. It starts with having to lug your luggage up the stairs, cups hidden in a corner of the room where you do not expect them, the room was kinda dark since it was on the basement and the transparent shower glass meant that there was no privacy while showering. A half-frosted glass would have been the ideal solution between looking modern and yet giving a bit of privacy.

Noise isolation need total rework .can hear the street sounds on the second floor even when the windows are closed . Toilet flushes and showers in other rooms sound as if they are in your room

Lovely hotel, friendly staff.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was great too, plenty of choice.

I would have liked tea making facilities in the room. Missed my morning/night time cuppa.

Disappointing

Clean. pleasant staff. Poor room facilities and a not convenient for the centre

Pool clean but very small, Comfortable Beds. Clean. Helpful , pleasant staff

Room below ground level so quite dark. No tea and coffee facilities. A kettle was provided by reception staff but no running water near the fridge which was downstairs in the lounge area. Leaking shower which made the marble stairs dangerous. Staircase an irrigation to carry up and down luggage, water etc . Hotel a long way from the centre of Barcelona.
