    Nice property and room with lovely pool
    The distance from the hotel to the beach,bars and restaurant we ended up paying 200THB each time are the free shuttle is very limited times.

    Fair value for money, ok breakfast.
    The hotel has multiple buildings and only 1 entrance meaning that it takes you a while to move around if you are accommodated far from the entrance.

    Sand inside our bed and a lizard inside our room
    On the first night we had a lizard in our room and when we went to bed, for our surprise we had lots of sand inside our bed which means that our sheets weren't change, probably the sheets were the same that the guests before us used. After that we went to the reception and the recepcionist was a bit rude to us and said that he couldn't do nothing in that night and the only solution was to speak to his manager in the morning. So we had to sleep without sheets and with a lizard inside our bed. Next day, they give us a new room and a 800 baht refund, that in my opinion wasn't sufficient once we paid more than 5000 baht for two nights. This is not what we expect from a 4 star hotel, i do not recommed it to anyone

    Good hotel but needs better facilities
    The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The hotel room size was spacious. The aircon functioned well and the beds were comfortable. Loved the breakfasts and the restaurant food was very good. Loved the shuttle to the beach every hour.
    The toilet was blocked and had to be reported. The shower head was squirting water in all directions and wasn't fixed even after reporting it. The shower and bathroom floors have porcelain tiles, which makes it slippery when wet and dangerous, especially for the elderly. No English Tv channels.

    The hotel is quite big and in general it's clean. Breakfast is ok and the swimming pool is cozy.
    My room is in the building C which is very far from the reception requiring the use of 3 different lifts. Not really comfy as during peak hours it can take up to 10 minutes to exit the hotel waiting for the lifts. The general state of the room is ok, but some renovation is needed in the bathroom-
