Structure with little attention to customers.

very nice structure, but as soon as we arrived a very cold welcome from the staff. our room was immediately cold, we asked reception to increase the temperature, but nothing changed. in fact inside the room there was an electric heater, here's the reason. we asked for some tourist information but they gave us almost no info. despite it being New Year's Eve, the structure showed no attention towards customers, perhaps a glass of wine. nice structure, good location but poorly managed.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Indigo Hotel

I liked the modern Design of the Hotel and the central location.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Indigo Hotel over the weekend, and I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience. The hotel's proximity to a nearby discotheque, which operates until the early hours of the morning, made my stay an absolute nightmare. The incessant pounding bass from the nearby nightclub persisted until 7 o'clock in the morning, leaving me utterly sleep-deprived. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from the hotel staff, their response was shockingly unprofessional and unhelpful. It is baffling how a hotel can continue to rent out rooms on weekends when it is well aware that guests will be unable to get any rest due to the disruptive noise. As someone who had to work the next day, the sleepless night took a toll on my productivity and well-being. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the past, but I have never encountered such a disregard for guests' comfort and basic needs. The fact that my complaint email, requesting compensation for the ordeal, was blatantly ignored only adds insult to injury. I strongly advise anyone seeking peace and comfort to steer clear of the Indigo Hotel. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I can confidently say that I will never consider booking a room at this establishment again. The lack of concern for guests' well-being and the unresponsiveness to complaints make it clear that this hotel prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.

Lovely stay in Warsaw.

Location! Walked right out. Right, then right and followed the magical lights of Christmas Eve. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores to grab any needs. We were just staying the night for a stop over during a long haul flight. This was perfect. Beautiful entry. Room was lovely. The restaurant was wonderful. Excellent breakfast too!

The breakfast was amazing! The foods were ordered of the menu, and the variety of selection was great. Its good to note that the food is prepared to order, so it takes some time to get your delicious meal so perhaps not ideal for the busy business travellers. But we were travelling for leisure, so totally fine for us.

The bed was very old and very bad to sleep in. Also the AC didnt work and our room was very hot. However, after we reported the issues, we were pointed to a new room that was as expected.
