    A last minute dash to my favourite city of Plama de Mallorca. I normally stay in the city centre but that has now become
    Very nice hotel in the last week of the season. The staff were very good and friendly.. They had patience while I practiced my Spanish . Rooms great, nice bao.

    Mixed feelings- spoilt by burst hot water pipe on our corridor outside our room
    Having a car park - whilst it was a walk it was secure Nice rooms and bathroom
    The last night there was an horrendous leak by our room on the corridor- spent an hour mopping up/ stopping it coming under the door. Next morning both rooms no hot water- NO customer service to acknowledge the inconvenience- I am in the process of asking for a refund!!

    Terrace, breakfast, friendly stuff! Samuel (chef) was very nice. Made my mornings 2 days in a row!!!
    the room was a little dirty, but after the next cleaning everything was fine

    Location Clean and simple Breakfast including good gluten free options..I am coeliac Excellent storage of luggage and valuables on last day after checking out of room
    Lock on inside of bedroom door smdid not work. In spite of reporting it twice, nothing was done to remedy it. Poor given I was a solo traveller
