    You hear everything from the other rooms. People walking above your head all night and early in the morning.

    Beautiful view and clean&comfy room.
    If you are coming to Innsbruck for its great nature and the best ski resorts of Europe, you can choose Hotel Kapeller as a comfy resting zone for your holiday. Tram was just a couple of minutes walking away, and the view of the room was amazing. You can see the beautiful Alps as the first thing in the morning when you get up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

    Very friendly and helpful staff along with perfectly clean rooms make this place an excellent choice for a stay in Innsbruck. We appreciated the extra space in the suite and the willingness of staff to book our transfer. Well run and very clean hotel.

    The staff were very welcoming, kind, helpful and approachable. The room was spotlessly clean. It was quiet and very comfortable with a fabulous view of the mountains. A large shopping mall 3 minute walk away with every kind of shop there, including restaurants. 2 minute walk to the tram to take you into town.
    Although there was a TV it was all in German there was no English station but that is the only critism I can think.of.

    Friendly and very helpful staff that provided us with welcome cards to ride in trams and buses for free. Excellent housekeeping, rooms were spick and span and the hotel was well-maintained. Breakfast crew was swift and polite
    A little further away from the city, but plenty of shops nearby for food and shopping.

    An excellent hotel with very helpful staff
    Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early and they looked after our cases when we went out. We had a welcome card which included free travel on public transport. That was very useful. A very clean hotel in an excellent location to travel to the city centre. The buffet breakfast exceeded expectations.
    We had a family sweet. The put up bed was not up to standard so hopefully that will be rectified.
