    It was a great getaway. Thanks!
    The environment and its proximity to places. The meals were good, and the rooms were clean. I appreciate it's an eco-friendly hotel.
    The rooms didn't have sheer curtains. Once you draw the curtains and open the windows, other people can see through your room. The place doesn't have lifts.

    The staff was phenomenal- made us feel at home! They were super attentive to our 20 month old and took time to play with
    Just under a 10 minute walk to lakeside and close to so many great food options! From the roof you have great views of Fishtail when the skies are clear and also a view of Fewa lake. The property is clean and welcoming! Another extra-they have toys for little ones which keep them distracted so mom and dad can enjoy their meals!

    Lovely experience, I would stay there again!
    hotel Karuna was very nice, clean, well located and proposes eco-friendly options for the soap, etc. The breakfast was very nice with fresh coffee and healthy options! The staff was super welcoming, always kind and gentle. We had to stay on the hotel one full day because it was raining and they gently provided different activities and options to optimize our time in Pokhara. The hotel met our expectations, I recommend it!

    Staff are very helpful and kind. The modest balcony was a nice gesture
    No downsides to the staff or facility. Late at night, in the neighborhood, dogs may set up a long barking conversation which is most and his on for a while
