Disappointing

The manager who arranged the room lied about the bed. I booked a large bed but he arranged a single room for us and lied about being out of room.

Extremely disappointing, wrong advertising on all points.

Breakfast was promised and paid for in advance. But there was no breakfast. It was refunded.

The reception was only a desk. Lady was nice enough but in a hurry to leave. At 16.00 pm! After that, Reception was never attended. When there, finally, the no-breakfast refunded by surly rude man. Do not go to this so-called hotel. Not even pension standard. Clean, yes and good bed. Thats all, and many options in same excellent location.

Right in the heart of Prague, about a 2 minute walk to the old square. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfy too

My room was on the top floor, meaning there was lots of beams and low ceilings as it is an old building too. Im not particularly tall but still managed to bump my head a few times. There was also no lift. These are things that cant be helped as it is an old building I doubt it can be changed but something to be mindful of if you are thinking about staying.
