Disappointing

Unpleasant, noisy experience

The place is kept clean

The biggest problem was the disturbing noise - from our room we could hear the music and talks from the bar downstairs, every phone conversation of people in the room next to us, even the noises from their bathroom. It was still noisy after 10 pm, we could barely sleep. In the morning we were woken up by the noise of slamming doors and cleaning lady. The window in the room was a joke - so tiny and close to the ceiling. The lady in the reception didn't speak English and she told us that check-in is from 4pm even though on Booking reservation it was from 3pm. The location of the hotel is very poor, far from the center and surrounded by some Warehouse and car mechanic, it is dangerous to walk there because of people driving a forklift. And on top of that they spammed us with emails before our stay asking us to transfer monet though some third party booking system which didn't work. So till the last moment we didn't know if the reservation is still valid.

Modern and clean hotel , restaurant sells delicious tapas!

Really nice, modern and clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Receptionist Veronica was very nice, also Hotel Manager Marcela. We enjoyed tapas in Hotel Restaurant, they were delicious and very good price. Would like to come back again!

Fresh fruit for breakfast would be nice.
