    Location was handy for one night by the train station. Staff were helpful to check in outside of reception hours Room was a standard double room size

    Very easy access to central Pisa, its station and its airport.
    Location: very close to the railway station for onward travel, and in the station is the terminus for the 'Pisa Mover' shuttle to the airport. Also just a short walk away from shops and the Tower. Very comfortable with AC and good en suite facilities.
    It was odd not to meet someone on either arrival or departure, but it didn't matter. We were in contact with Marco by telephone and everything went smoothly for us.

    Room hadnt been cleaned for previous guests when we arrived after a long delayed flight. There was no one there when we arrived and the hotel refused to give a discount the next morning Avoid.

    they over charged for what type of hotel it is. charged me for a five star hotel when its more a two star hotel
    it was okay but not worth it for the cost
    The area wasnt nice. The beds are hard and uncomfortable along with some very flat pillows.
