    Cozy, warm and beautiful rooms!
    Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great variety at breakfast (vegan friendly) and very helpful with parking.
    Heating was always turned off and reception had to be called for it to be turned on.

    Loved the hotel. Beautiful old building but very well cared for. Lots of history. Great view from our room. Breakfast was very good and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

    Perfect location on the Main Street, near great food and also the wall walk. We loved the room and the friendly, caring staff. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

    A perfect tuscan location!!
    If you have the time I absolutely recommend staying overnight in San Gimignano, rather than just doing a day trip. The location of the hotel was perfect, especially for arrival by car as easy walk from parking. The history of the hotel building was a bonus. It's proximity to the heart of the town was great.

    Love the city!
    Located off the crowded area. Quiet at night. Easy to reach attractions.
    We arrived in a private van. There is a non-residential drop-off point closed to the hotel, but the reception wasn't able to give us a precise direction, so we had to drag our heavy bags from the car park at the foot of the city wall up the elevator and along the street to the hotel. Not fun for our elderly mother and aunt. And the A/C in our room didn't work... It tried to blow some cool wind, but our room received full afternoon sun, so it didn't help much.
