Lovely hotel, spacious bright room and excellent location

Exceptional

We had a fantastic time, loved the location and our room. Very clean and friendly helpful staff.

Location was fantastic. We had a room on the top floor with its own private courtyard - worth paying for, great views of the city. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Car Parking - Hotel organizes parking at nearby carpark, unfortunately as 2 x Couples travelling in a larger Hire Car, the very rude Car Park Attendant kept saying "Grande" and would not let us park there when we pulled in. Not really the Hotel's fault - If you have a bigger car we recommend you park in the large underground public car park on the Harbour front and make the 5-minute walk on the flat service where the suitcases wheel easily to the hotel. Much less stressful and easier to find the public carpark. The Public carpark is also cheaper than the nearby carpark.
