    Perfect owner, perfect location
    The owner is helpful, efficient and lovely. The room decor is tasteful, comfortable, two comfy chairs and we had a little balcony that overlooks a square. Very central and easy to find in the warren of St Malos streets.

    Clean, friendly hotel in a perfect location and very good value for money.
    Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. Very, clean and comfortable room and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. A wide variety of items were provided for breakfast.
    We arrived by ferry from Poole to St Malo quite late in the evening. We expected to get to the hotel after their closing time (22.00 hours). The hotel had very thoughtfully provided the entry code to the main door, so that we could easily access our rooms after Reception had closed. In the event, we got to the hotel at 21.45, and were surprised to find Reception already closed. This is when we were able to use the codes easily. But we could not make use of the hotel's parking spaces, and therefore went to a public space close by. This was fine, and the hotel had advised this in advance, but at that time of night I did not appreciate the hassle. (And I had specifically chosen the hotel because it does have its own parking.)

    A perfect stay.
    The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the port and a quick walk to the ramparts and beach It is a 15 minute walk to the Jersey ferry, very easy. The gentleman at the front desk could not have been more gracious or considerate. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Highly recommended!
