The view and the big room. That the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist Carole

That they were closing the hotel and started to clean it whilst guests were still there. They could have waited with that until all guests have departed.

Amazing stay at a very charming hotel with beautiful mountain views and great staff

The staff were all really lovely, the receptionist, the cleaning staff, the chauffeur and waiters all offered great service. The room was big and the balcony was lovely to relax on overviewing the mountain. We had dinner at the hotels restaurant La Bagatelle which was also excellent even though a tad pricey at 24 CHF for a small desert but the food was delicious and service was excellent as well, the only little detail that would have been nice would have been a little candle or something on my partner desert as I had told the hotel it was a booking for his birthday but maybe I should have told the restaurant, and it is really a detail that doesnt take away from the amazing time we had there! We will definitely be back!

We loved everything, the two things that could maybe be improved are the pillows which are quite soft and being 8 months pregnant, I would have liked something a bit more supportive, and a little coffee machine or at least a kettle in the room would have been nice as well. But again we loved everything and will definitely be back!
