Perfect hotel for Venice break

Lovely friendly hotel. Location is excellent. Walking distance to many main attractions and great location for ferries. Always someone on reception if you need help. Nice breakfast. Lovely outside space to eat in warmer times.

Near location from San Marco and the center. There's gondola parking in front of your hotel. near nice restaurants and quite close to the Water Bus Station

The option of double rooms type is not so many. But they have triple and quardruple rooms.

Great location, the concierge was great and booked our train tickets for us, very helpful. Shower and tub head great water pressure. Breakfast was great. Air conditioning worked great! I would come here again. Loved it!

The hotel is small, friendly and is really well located, right on a canal and five minutes walk (without steps) from the waterbus point from the airport. Five minutes walk to St Marco piazza. Really good recommendations for places to eat from receptionist. Very quiet hotel, very clean.

Very very minor there was no plug in the bathroom sink

We loved this hotel in Venice with its perfect location and amenities.

The staff were very helpful and kind, the location was perfect, breakfast was delicious with a good variety of meats, cheeses, and breads, including gluten free options. The women making the coffee were also friendly and warm, and helped us learn some Italian words. The beds were fine, and though the room was small it had what we needed. There is a nice office/sitting area inside the main floor of the hotel and a very nice breakfast area and outdoor courtyard.
