A lovely Hotel with great facilities, fantastic transport links. Haarlem's Hotel.

Rooms are comfy, though many doubles are often just two singles next to each other. The Bathrooms are lovely, large wetrooms with lots of space to move around. Views of the Square in Haarlem are nice if you get a view that is facing it.

The cleaning staff seem to be lacking, though not in abundance. Unfortunately they seem to lack the basic skills of cleaning mirrors, refilling toilet paper and replacing dirty sheets. When they did replace my sheets one night, they replaced it with one that both stains and rips...

Superb

Great location next to the train station and close to the shopping streets and historical center. Lovely modern style, spacious room and good breakfast. We also appreciated handy details like sleepers and small refrigerator in the room.

Wi-Fi was a little bit slow and it took a while till the network appeared on the phone. We also struggled a bit with the air-con.

A charming hotel in Haarlem

This is a very nice hotel, not part of a large chain, close to Haarlem train station for easy access to Amsterdam. Haarlem is very nice place and the hotel is minutes from the charming centre of Haarlem.

WiFi was not great. We had breakfast 2 mornings and whilst the breakfast was very good, they appeared to have insufficient staff working at times in breakfast area.

A great hotel in the center of Haarlem

A beautiful hotel with a great breakfast selection, central location, an elevator and a very helpful staff! Highly recommended.

The housekeeping staff is somewhat lazy but communicating with the reception usually resolves the situation.

My favorite hotel when I have a long layover in AMS

Excellent location, very cute decor! Large rooms, comfy beds, nice modern bathrooms. Prefect place to stay in the Amsterdam area.

Rooms are too dimly lit, difficult to apply makeup because there isn't enough light, and the bathroom mirror is lit from above (not flattering)

three stairs to next level toward my room 214 I forgot about them in the early darkness in the morning as the motion sensor light went on I missed them. Possibly mark/ light them better as I fell. But was all right.

Breakfast was good. Big TV. Location near train station.

Very small claustrophobic room at high price. Only two hangers but no space to hang clothes. No shower curtain so shower floods toilet though water pressure is a bit low. Two small beds instead of one big one. Slow elevator.
