Customer service. The front desk lady went above and beyond to assist us. From printing boarding passes to booking a taxi for us. She really knows hospitality. The room.was clean and we had the most beautiful terrace to enjoy the view. I will highly recommend this propert

Our taxi reservation was to 5am. When we arrive to the cab 3 minutes before he had already ran the meter for $8.50. Before we got in. Not the hotel fault but be aware.

Professional, super helpful and friendly staff in the reception and restaurant. Comfortable hotel with all what you need. Excellent location and amazing views.

Lift noise and the additional parking at the back of the hotel is a bit tricky to find but the receptionist explained to us really well.

Exceptional

Our second stay here. We had a premium room with terrace. It was superb, big and with a very comfy bed. The staff are very helpful. The no.71 bus goes from right outside, on the hour, into the centre of Toledo. Great 2 night stay!
