    OK hotel for 1 night stay, it satisfied my needs
    Breakfast was good. Staff at morning were very friendly. Room was clean
    Staff at arrival, i feel that i disturbed. (even i arrived very late around 01h00 AM) Bed was too soft

    We would definitely stay there next time.
    Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean. Very good variety of dishes for dinner and reasonable prices, the best pierogies in town.
    Its an excellent place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. For a longer stay (we stayed 5 nights) I found a few things missing in the room: a rack for suitcase, a dresser, and a mini fridge. There wasnt enough light in the room and the mini tv should be replaced with a bigger one.

    It's very decent hotel, I rate it 10 out of 10, it doesn't mean it's 5 star but just we'll priced hotel that just do everything well, including good breakfast. It has a charging spot for EV - 220v or blue socket don't know what's the right name, but it can charge decently overnight. I'll definitely stay more in this hotel
    Nothing much, I see it's far from public transport or city center so if you travel not by car there may be better options, but if you travel by car it just satisfied all my needs

    Quite handy for the airport
    Beds were so uncomfortable, about 12 hrs before we arrived we got a message saying there was a party on and there would be music and they could provide us with ear plugs?? The music was blasting until about 4am, my kids couldn't sleep, up most of the night, really poor service and offered no refund or any compensation so the noise

    Responsivenes: I had the reservation with another hotel for that night, but they refused my late check-in request. So I needed to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Got the room in "Slask" hotel just few minutes before midnight. Staff for very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast: just great.
    Well... This is pretty old hotel, most likely from late 70s. But it is nicely remodeled, nice and clean. Not the "top noch" but worth the money

    There are better places in Wroclaw!
    The hotel is clean and almost proper. Was good that is connected with the Tram that you could get to the center for 10-12 min. otherwise you need to walk like 30 minutes. It is simple designed and it has all you need. I heard that they offer a good breakfast. Myself didn't as I'm not doing those kind of breakfast, but I heard from other people that is good.
    My first impression of any place I visit is the welcome crash with the personal. In this hotel I didn't like the personal as I find them not really friendly but trained to act that way. Quite superficial, cold, sharp and even arrogant in a way. To be more clear the girls act kind of bitchy at the reception desk. Then when I needed to pay I feel cheated as they changed very low the course from euro to polish zloty. Not nice! In any question I had they answered short, sharp and rude. So not my people! The internet connection in the room was very poor and it even didn't work proper. The beds are to small and soft and the pillows as well. I needed to use two of them in order to get a bit comfortable while trying to sleep. I still don't understand why people believe that soft mattresses and pillows is healthy?! in the room is no refrigerator and aircon.
