    The perfect luxury hotel!
    The staff was fantastic. They helped us with with every question. We took advantage of the massage and rooftop spa. The view was spectacular. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the river. The neighborhood was safe and had plenty of bars and restaurantes. The breakfast had a beautiful display and wonderful variety. The food in the restaurant of the hotel was gourmet and relaxing.

    When everything goes well, one enters another dimension. Relaxation, enjoyment, connection, everything is amplified. The view from our room was charming. The heated pool was wonderful.

    The location, the quality and diversity of food and the education of staff.
    The governance tried to charge items of frigobar that was not consumed not necessary this process. At front desk they resolved this bad situation.

    Still the Best Option for Buenos Aires.
    + Excellent Location + Very nice, polite, and well trained staff. + Excellent Breakfest + Room spacious, clean, and with excellent views. + This is my favorite hotel in Buenos Aires.
    - Wifi signal was very weak on my corner room (325) and connection kept breaking. Also, speed was very slow. Enough for simple operations but too bad for streaming or videos. They promised a technic would go to check, but never did. - When I did the reservations many months in advance I asked for a front view room, but I was provided a side view, corner room. I asked for a change, which was promised for the next day, but it didn't happen. Then it was promised again for the next day and didn't happen again, so I ended up staying all the days in the corner room. I have stayed in this hotel on all my trips to BsAs for the last 16 years and this was the first time that the service wasn't perfect. But still, I will return to this hotel on my next trips.
