    The reception men was rude and he has no respect for his customers. As far as I know he is a front desk receptionist and he is the first contact with the guests. He should be gentle and he must behave good towards his customers which he was not. He was very rude and condescending and to be honest this hotel is the worst one I have ever stayed in in Casablanca

    After reading comments, we were expecting something very bad. Surprisingly hotel is good.
    Staff. Breakfast. House keeping. Mattress. Water gun.
    Hotel is tired, but they do renovation.

    Breakfast is awesome. The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. Location is very convenient, not far from CTM bus station and Casa Port train station. The receptionist is very polite and friendly.
    Its location being at the centre of many busy streets means it can be noisy at times at night. It will be better if the walls are made a bit more soundproof.
