    Spacious room but not soundproof (very noisy)
    The hotel is run by a very welcoming family. They speak great English. The location is very good, 1 minute from the station and walking distance to the city centre where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. They also offer daily cleaning service, luggage storage and on the ground floor there is a bar where they serve coffee and croissants to be paid there. Our room was very spacious.
    We had one big issue: there is a family living above the hotel (they had what seemed to be the kitchen or the living room right above our room). The room was definitely not sound proof. We really struggled to get a good night of sleep as we could hear them playing the piano and the guitar at night, dragging chairs, screaming at each other, and even the dogs started howling in the middle of the night. This disrupted our experience big times! We understand that the hotel is relatively affordable but we expected the room to be a bit more sound proof. The bathroom was also quite small, there was barely any place to put the towels and the toiletries comfortably. We didnt have very hot water in the shower and barely any warm water in the sink.

    Great hotel in Pisa close to everything
    Wonderful hosts in a family establishment that spans several generations. So friendly and helpful during my short stay. Literally a stones throw from the central station and a pleasant stroll through the town to all the main attractions of Pisa. Very comfortable room, totally perfect as a base for a short stay. Lovely to be able to get coffee and a pastry for breakfast and eat in the common terrace area. Very secure and safe for solo travellers, I felt completely at ease during my stay.
    No negatives.

    Great staff, easy check in and a great location
    We loved the location of this hotel..2 minutes from the train station.
    Our room was facing the street and it was very noisy late at night. The heater was making a very loud annoying noise as well.

    Did ask for one room with two single bed got a double, E-mail about parking space as I had my 88 year old mum No reply, On arrival next door parking 10 euro but full , hotel give me a space for 20 euro Dissatisfied with price

    Great location close to the train station, markets, shops and an easy 20 minute walk to the leaning tower. Easy check in. Loved the shutters around the window as kept room extremely dark and got a great nights sleep
    Room in the evening was boiling, asked for the air conditioning remote from reception as this was not in the room, and was advised they didnt have one and we had to open the windows although there were flys.

    Great location when visiting Pisa by train.
    Great location near the train station for a quick trip to Pisa. Hotel staff were fantastic and took care of our needs.
    The bathroom and especially the shower were tiny. Im a big 62 guy and filled up the shower. But, I understand those cant be changed out easily. Still got the job done.
