Very welcoming comfortable and enjoyable. and verty quite for a good night sleep

Well I think the fact that we re booked 3 weeks later says it all, we had a very warm welcome, by staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our sleep, had a lovely meal in the bar and, enjoyed our breakfast in quick time to meet our work deadline. So convenient for our work location and would definitely stay again.

We ,Had to wait a long time for our meals to come out, didn't seem to be organised very well I ordered the salmon, it came with roast potatoes, and I had to share veg,ie sproats,red cabbage and roast parsnips,,salmon and sproats buckets on the stairs to catch the rain .. Breakfast,,bacon was hard as if precooked... In bedroom 32, right hand wall by the bed these is a bulge in wall, needs looking at The whole place needs a refurb...

Clean, friendly and accommodating to late check in

Staff were very accommodating even when my boat was late in and my boat home was cancelled meaning I had to stay an extra night.

The decor is dated but everything else was very comfortable, very clean and Id stay here again.
