    Location is perfect. near to supermarket pharmacy restaurants castelvecchio is just on the corner of the building, Staff are very accomodating and helpful. apartment id clean when we arrived. Its BIG apartment with continous hot water. The apartment has two bathroom one with bathtub which is awesome for those who have kids and i happened to have one. They have a kitchen cabinet. Very neat its a cabinet but when you open it theres a whole kitchen inside.The apartment is 500m from the hotel reception so they have a service that will bring you to the location. #ApartmentAdige
    The only down side is the water boiler that has "calcare" so we weren't able to use it.

    We stayed one night at this property and it didnt have hot water (during winter in Italy). We called the reception (which was 500 m away from the apartment they put us) and they sent someone really nice to fix it around 11 pm but the guy didnt know what to do. Also the hairdryer and the safe box were not working. So we could not take a shower or use the jacuzzi, use the hairdryer and the safebox (that we really needed) during the stay that we paid a little bit more expensive because of this facilities. They also didnt let any duvets in the room. At the checkout we talked to the receptionist but there was no manager at the hotel and they refused to refund us or propose another solution. After a few days with no contact with them, Booking refunds us only 20 eur.

    Very good location, clean warm and comfortable The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for groups. We were also able to store our luggage in the facilities even after our check out.
