Very good

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay with good home comforts

Spacious room , effective heating, pleasant view, tea & coffee available , excellent towels toiletries and hairdryer, very good shower. A very convenient location for us to visit relatives close by

The check in time seemed very late compared to many hotels. Expensive on site parking - didnt use it.

Big and clean rooms. Great breakfast.At least the salty part. Bus station in front of the hotel.

The walls are paper thin. Its like you are sharing the room with adjacent ones. You can hear even whispering. This is the only reason why I would rethink staying again.

You may add spoons to the tea cups in the rooms, you need to move the teapot to boil the water to the main table.

Location was great, lovely hotel.

When I did my search on Booking.com my search criteria included a swimming pool. However the pool was closed.

Good stay but not exceptional

Room was great and was as expected. Good balcony with a view. Location was good for some aspects but far from the main square, but we enjoyed walking. Staff were brilliant and helpful. Bike rental available for a modest cost and perfect starting location.

Coffee wasn't refilled daily and when it was, it was one sachet of decaffe coffee. No additional water provided by the hotel during our stay. Lotions and Shower gel not refilled by housekeeping. The pool was shut - this should be advertised much clearer and should not be advertised as a hotel with a pool when the facility is shut. This isn't mentioned before booking.

Good breakfasts. The hotel is located near sconce museums and oceanarium. Easy access to the city centre (just 15 minutes by bus).

You need to get a bus to see the sea.
