Very good

The location was amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel was comfortable. Good value for what we paid. We were able to walk right out of our hotel door and be around shops and attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a junior suite which we thought would have had two rooms, but it did not. We did have a private bath, which some of the rooms did not. It did accommodate our family of 5 but it was cramped. The price was right for the limited amount of time we spent there. We were out most days from morning till night. The apartment they offer may have been better suited for our family. Also, be prepared if you have luggage and walk to the property from the train station! There are a lot of stairs along the path to get to the hotel. The water taxi was expensive (180 euros), so we walked, it took about 35 minutes. Next time I will pack a lot lighter!

Bedroom decor was lovely . But

Wanted a cooked breakfast but that not available. Booked hotel as wanted a wind down drink at night, no bar. Floor of the room was very soft in places, not secure to walk on.

Very good

Short weekend away with family

Good value for money and about 20 mins walk to center. The walk is grand, as of course its a beautiful walk. Place is clean and you have everything you need. Lovely coffee shops and restaurants and bars right around the corner.

Nothing that I didn't like, it is a old place and could do with a revamp, beds could be a bit more comfortable but of course its cheaper than most so good value from that perspective.
