I was pleasantly surprised at just how cute the place was, the location and design details-great!

We loved the interior design-care was taken in the details on windows and doors to provide a quiet experience in a loud environment. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view of the lemon trees from a favorite restaurant across the way. The gardens and outdoor seating areas were very nice. The staff were very helpful as we were both sick with colds and they let us have trays for breakfast on the balcony, gave us an electric kettle for hot tea in the room and tots of bourbon with honey to soothe our throats. Good location to main drag where the shopping and restaurants were.

The room really was tiny-luggage was a challenge but got everything organized. Lots of steps in and out of property. Not enough luggage help. Taxi's can't drop off or pick up directly at the property for some reason so dragging your luggage from the taxi stand over cobbled streets yourself is not happy time. They do not have water views unfortunately. You must seek those out yourself. The fireplace does not work-they should fix that if they can. It would have made an amazing difference in the breakfast/lobby seating area.

Highly recommended if you're visiting this beautiful part of the world.

Breakfast was lovely. Good selection of cheese, nice bread and cakes. Coffee good too. They even brought me a birthday cake with a candle for my 50th. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Room was lovely and quiet. Perfect location. Near to all the attractions in Sorrento yet far enough away to get a good night's sleep. 10 minute walk from the Circumvesuviana station.

Bed a bit hard but we got used to it after a couple of nights.

Perfect: loved everything about it and would for sure return there.

I loved the place. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, very close to the downtown. Good variety in breakfast. The best thing for me was the blue decor in the hotel; it was very cheerful and calming at the same time.

Lovely stay in festive Sorrento

The position of the hotel could not be better, it's right at the heart of the city, just around the corner from the main street. We've been coming to Sorrento for years and have never stayed at a hotel with a better position. The nearest car park is a few minutes away, and the train station is also within easy walking distance. (If you arrive by car on a busy weekend, which was our case, parking can be tricky, but that's normal in the area.) Recently renovated hotel, and the room and public areas were super-clean. Very friendly personnel.

The room had almost everything for a comfortable stay. It would have been nice to have slippers in the room. The tile floors are absolutely beautiful but can be a bit chilly in the winter. There was just only one problem: in spite of being recently renovated, the building has not been soundproofed well. It's located in a pedestrian area in the historic center so there's no traffic noise, the issue is inside the building. You can hear what's happening in the neighboring rooms, and the worst was the banging noise the heavy room doors make when you close them. Fortunately, there were no "party people" staying at the hotel this weekend but the door banging and other sounds were quite invasive, especially in the mornings. Even so, we enjoyed our time in Sorrento, the hotel is absolutely lovely otherwise!
