    Hotel engages in misleading its clients over and over.
    The hotel engages in misleading its clients on Booking.com as it promotes a location in front of the Arena, with bar and jacuzzi and beautiful views to the arena. Once you book you receive an email from them telling you that you have been assigned a room at another building that is 600 meters away. Although also located on a very beautiful street right next to Castelvecchio, its still misleading and further away from downtown. When I call the hotel, they said that there is nothing they can do and they will not refund me. They did offer for me to stay at the hotel I wanted but for 10 more in a smaller room and with a smaller bed (twin and not king size). So I refused their offer. I looked got other reviews on Google and it seems this is a normal practice of the hotel as there were several people mentioning that this also happened to them.I called Booking.com customer service and they agreed that this is wrong and misleading and so they will escalate with the hotel and ask for a credit/refund for me. This is still pending so hopefully this wrongful practice ends here.

    5 star hotel experience starting with the valet and extra feiendly staff. Bags were brought to the room and the spa (especially the sauna) was super.
    Shower door was a bit loud. This shows that the experience was phenomenal as it was the only thing I could think off. Oh! And no shoe horns.

    friendly staff, ok
    I booked an apartment at one address, but I arrived at another address, which was not announced ahead of time. we knew that we would stay near the arena, amphitheater and we stayed near the old citadel with something completely different. of a separate hotel. nothing to do with Milano spa, a small, ugly, dirty apartment and not worth any money.

    The apartment is big and refurbished. The location is very good just in front of Castelvecchio, just 10 mins of walk from Arena of Verona and from Hotel Milano
    The property is refurbished and new.
