Very poor

We had a horrible experience in the morning. We stayed one night in the hotel, the day we were leaving there was no one in the reception at 09:30. I found two cleaning ladies to ask them where we can leave our luggage. They can not speak any single English word, even NO SINGLE GERMAN word. It took me 20 minutes to explain my need. They put my luggage to elevator and the elevator stopped suddenly and I am stuck in the elevator with the lady. I started to scream to my mom to help us and elevator fell down to the -1 floor. It was horrible that no one could really even hear us. In the afternoon, I found your receptionist and explained the story. He even told me that elevator is broken and it is our bad luck since it is happening once in a month, what?!? You are aware and not fixing? Never here again!
