Great location, excellent staff.

I always stay here when in Ibiza and the hotel is lovely and conveniently located. The breakfast is delicious and the pool area is great for easy relaxation. The rooftop bar is great to have some pre-dinner drinks and catch sunset, if you can. The staff always go over and beyond; I had to work when I last came here and they set up their conference room for me at very short notice and accommodated all of my needs. They were fantastic, and such a joy. No ask is too much for them, and I really appreciate their attentiveness. It added another layer of joy to the stay.

The twin room we were in this time was much, much smaller than any room we have previously stayed in. There was very little space to move, and the bathroom was tiny. On top of that, it was right near the lift, so we could hear all guest conversations in clear detail when they were going up or down the floors, which made for an uncomfortable stay at times. This was despite paying the same price (actually a little more) than we have paid for much larger rooms previously. We asked the staff if they had larger rooms available, but the hotel was fully booked, so moving wasn't possible. It made the stay much less value for money than our past stays.

Minimoon!

Beautiful architecture. Lovely lovely staff!! Near the sea. Pool when quiet. No chlorine pool. Sky bar food! Little honeymoon treats for us. Allowed us to hang out by the pool when we arrived early. Spa. Spa staff really good.

Certain people were hogging the pool loungers, putting belongings on more than one spot. The pool was small. Didn't like watching staff having to walk at the the tightest edge by the pool carrying trays etc. I worried for them. Balcony was a bit tight. Room could be laid out better towards the view. Sky bar umbrellas not sufficient to the task, far too exposed and hot.

Superb

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! We didn't really use any of the other facilities as we were off exploring the island on our short trip.

It would be nice to have some kind of included beach access. Also, not your fault, but our terrace had a cat who was very insistent on staying out there. Wouldn't be a problem but we're allergic to cats.
