    I'm really like to stay in hotel mirage. This 2nd time I'm visit here and both time I'm staying here
    Very nice
    TV sound is too much low. Heater water not function properly, almost not heat.

    Love the cleanliness of the room and there's no bad smell. Everything was fine.
    The toilet door can't lock.

    The air conditioning not good enough, one of the living room area are not cold and need to take more than half and hour to comfortable. Hopefully your management take seriously about that because it the one of the important thing to your customers. One thing with a spend more than RM350 per/night your bathroom didn't provide brush teeth and Colgate, it very sad to say and despointed.

    1. The hotel is closed to the beach. 2. Surrounded with open carpark, 24-hours laundry, 24-hours 7-Eleven Mart, food stalls, very happening. 3. Room is spacious.
    1. The hotel registration counter is in one building, the room is in another building, but no proper instruction given by the reception, making me tour whole building looking for the room. 2. Toilet Bidet not working properly. 3. Air-cond not facing the bed, the room is big, take time for the air-cond cooling the entire room, especially during afternoon, sunny days.

    1. The room air conditioner is not functioning well until we have to change to another room. 2. The room's Air conditioner is not cool enough (2nd room). 3. The main door lock set is broken (2nd room). 4. The toilet is not clean enough (2nd room).
